Customer Winback Notification (SPM)

When you enable this notification in the Smart Push Marketing app, you can send up to 2 push notifications to subscribers who have previously made a purchase.  These notifications can also include discount codes which will be automatically applied when your subscriber clicks on the notification.

You can customize your notifications in many ways.  You can select the amount of days to wait since your subscriber last made a purchase before sending a notification. The title and description that is displayed in the notification can also be changed.  You have the option of adding a coupon code, uploading your own images and more.

To start setting this up, head over to Automations and click on Activate adjacent to Customer Winback:

You'll then be redirected to this page, select which channel do you want to send these notifications from. For this example we will be using the Push Automation Channel:

At the lower half of the page, you'll be able to see and configure the notification/message that your subscribers will be receiving with previews for iOS, Mac and Windows on the right side of how your subscribers will see it:

Let's talk about those individual configurations here, first off the Message Status. You can enable a message for automation by turning this "ON" and you can send up to two(2) messages:

Under Message Status, you can choose how many days should you notify the subscriber after they purchased from you also with the option of sending out a discount code. In the example below, a Winback message will be sent to the subscriber after 30 days.

Please take note that you will still have to set up this discount code in your Shopify admin. Please refer to this documentation of Shopify on how to create one. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/discounts

Once you're done configuring those individual parts, click "Save".

With the example above, 30 days after a subscriber has last purchased from you, they will receive this notification that you have setup.
