Can I use an If tag to target a bar? (FSB)

If you have more than one free shipping bar active and want to target a specific bar, unfortunately, our app does not support using {% if %} as there is no way to target a specific bar using this method.  

However, if you have only 1 bar active and would like to use an If tag to display it in certain circumstances, this would work if you use the manual placement display option and insert the placeholder code within the If tag.
