What caused my Countdown Timer Bar to disappear? (CTB)

If your Countdown Timer Bar is no longer displayed, please check your app's dashboard to see if the bar has expired.  

If the status shows "Expired", click on the Edit button. Under Timer Configuration, check if the End Time has passed.  For example, if today is June 24th and the End Time is set to June 23rd, this means that the bar has expired.

The Countdown Timer Bar can be enabled again by clicking on the date input field and changing the end time to a future date such as June 30th 8:00 PM.  The Countdown Timer Bar will expire one again on June 30th at 8:01 PM but if can be enabled again if you once again change the end time.
