These deprecated Google Shopping attributes are not used by Shopify's official Google Shopping app. But they are the ones being exported when you use Shopify to export product CSV file:
In Bulk Product Edit app, you can bulk edit these fields in the meta fields section:
Select "add meta fields to product"
Take "product type" for example, you need to type in "google" for namespace, "google_product_type" as key. Then input the value you want for product type.
