To see the details about your subscribers, you can click the tab "Subscribers and Segment" on the left slide panel in the Smart Push Marketing app.
On the "Subscriber and Segments" page, you can see three sections.
- Number of Active Subscribers: total number of active subscribers
- Subscribers (Current Month): number of new subscribers in the current month
- Unsubscribes (Current Month): number of unsubscribes in the current month
The App automatically segments all your subscribers into different groups. The segmentation is done based on subscriber activities and our algorithm. The same subscribers can be in multiple groups. For example, the subscriber can be in the "Recent visit subscribers" group and the "Price sensitive subscribers" group at the same time.
You can utilize the segmentations to optimize the performance of your promotional campaigns. To be specific, you can create different promotions for different groups. For example, you can have a campaign to target the "price sensitive" group with a bigger discount, and have another campaign to target the "price insensitive" group with a smaller discount.
3. Subscribers list:
This list has the details about your subscribers, such as the the country they are from, the device they use, the last time they visited your store, etc. All details are available with the Professional plan. This data provides valuable insight to shop owners.
