There are three primary reasons why a task does not appear to be processing in our Bulk Image Edit app:
- The task was just created. It can take a minute or two to fully download all of the relevant images and begin bulk editing.
- A cancelled job. Our server will make sure a task cancellation is fully processed before proceeding. This can take up to 15 minutes.
- Another task is running. Only one Bulk Image Edit task can run at once, so multiple tasks have to be done in sequence. Once the first task is complete, it will move onto the next task in the queue. This is because of a Shopify’s "API call” limitation, which is out of our control.
