How do I cancel my plan/subscription? (TMS)

In order to cancel your subscription to any Hextom app, you need to uninstall the app or switch to a free plan (if available). You will not receive any further charges.

To uninstall our app, please follow these steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
2. Hover over the app that you want to uninstall, click Uninstall.
3. Confirm that you want to uninstall the app

To unsubscribe from the app, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Plans and Pricing page from the app.
2. You'll see an option to switch to the Free plan from this page by clicking Get started under the free plan 
   
3. Once done, there should be no more charges from the app.
