The first thing to check, is to make sure the the redirection is enabled in our Translate My Store app. You can do this from the "Selector" page. Automatic redirection is only available for options the selector is set to control, so to enable redirection for language and currency the selector will need to be set to "Languages and Regions/Currencies." Automatic redirection is also only available on the Basic plan or above.

If redirection is enabled but not working correctly, then another common problem is that there is a conflict between the redirect form our app, and the one from Shopify Markets. You can disable the Shopify Markets redirect from your Shopify Admin >> Settings >> Markets >> Other markets "Preferences" >> Domain/subfolder redirection. Please ensure this option is disabled
